The Harvard Latino Law Review provides a forum for the scholarly discussion of legal issues affecting Hispanics in the United States. Recent articles have addressed issues including racial profiling and the recent Arizona Law, the DREAM Act, and equal education opportunities for Hispanics in the United States. The HLLR is an annual publication.

In the past, the journal has published works by law professors, practitioners, and politicians. Authors are encouraged to contact the HLLR with their submissions.
